GK Report : Bill Riippi

• Existing Program Directors have agreed to continue this year

• There are Chairman Positions available: Vocations; Health Services; Public Relations;

Membership and Recruitment.

• GK will be developing calendar and budget for the new year, suggestions are appreciated.

• Catholic Daughters are interested in seeing where we can work together

• New SH Priest: Mathew Dimock will be here in July. Reception on July 12 at 6pm in the church.

• Discussion on 100 Club Tickets was tabled until next meeting, Logan will discuss new ways of

making money for the church.

• There are still some outstanding dues, please get current. See GK if you need help with this.

• Currently 103 members; working on several new members

• There is a need for a Spanish Degree Team

• We had a good showing at SMRM; next SMRM is July 19th & 20th. Knights assisted also with

Graduation breakfast, Bishop Ordination, Mathew Harrison’s first Mass, and the Feast of Sacred

Heart Celebration.

• Next Men’s Night Meeting is July 11th on Mission of the Family; All men are welcome.

• Knights are signed up for Adoration on first Saturday of each month @ 7-8 am. Please attend if

you can.

• GK will provide list of Program Directors and responsibilities

• GK needs help with Stars for Vets; possibly done at SMRM?

• Youth Group to Jamaica is requesting financial assistance from Knights; that trip is August 7-13.

• GK will provide list of Program Directors and Chairman and their responsibilities.

• Greg Fischer sent a letter of Thanks for the last 2 years and will return for meeting in August.

• Audit will be done in July; need 3 Trustees to complete

• Knight of the Month: Tony D’Mello

• Family of the Month: Jack and Esther Youngblood

Community Director: Jim Bertrand

• New events coming this fall: soccer challenge etc.

• Bishop Siby returning and will return yearly. GK will handle donation this visit. June 29 & 30.

4th Degree Report: Darrell Kimball

• $150 and tea pot donated to Hospice House at VA

• Next meeting August 3rd

• Darrell checking on gap in 4th Degree communication; contact him if you are having a problem.
